2010 Transfer of NFA Cebu Stocks through Voyage Charter


This bid bulletin No. 01 is issued relative to the approval of the amendments of the Revised IRR-A and the Philippine Bidding Documents. Considering of the substantial changes in the bidding documents especially on the form and contents, for strict compliance, the NFA is constrained to nullify the bidding processes of the procurement of goods and services that had been scheduled. A new Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid will be published on November 11, 2009 and a new set of bidding documents will be issued. The schedule for the new date of the conduct of Pre-bidding Conference is on November 18, 2009 @ 2:00 PM and the Submission & Opening of Bids will be on December 01, 2009 @ 2:00 PM.
