ADDENDUM NO. 4

This Addendum No. 4 for the Bulk Water Supply (Leganes) under Purchase Requisition No. 10144 shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. Below is the amendment to the bidding documents:


I. Section III. Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 5.4

FROM:

The Bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to bulk water supply only.
