ADDENDUM NO. 4

This Addendum No. 4 for the Bulk Water Supply (Near Pavia Town Proper) under Purchase Requisition No. 10146 shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. Below is the amendment to the bidding documents:


I. Section III. Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 5.4

The Bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to bulk water supply only.
