Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting November 10, 2009 - November 18, 2009 during regular office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nine Hundred Pesos Only (PhP900.00).

For purposes of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on November 19, 2009, Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at the LRT Cafeteria, LRTA Line-2 Depot, Marcos Hi-way, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than December 3, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at the LRT Cafeteria, LRTA Line-2 Depot, Marcos Hi-way, Santolan, Pasig City.

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
