This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number H92240-10-R-0010 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price (FFP) to include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years if exercised. This is a simplified acquisition. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal for consideration. Evaluation will be based on past performance, technical capability and price. Past performance and technical capability when combined has more importance than cost or price. A technical evaluation will be conducted prior to award. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A in order to receive award. CCR and can be obtained at the website: www.ccr.gov. Only those contractors possessing the required SECRET facility clearance level will be eligible to receive award and personnel employed under this contract must possess a SECRET Security clearance.
