Naval Special Warfare Group ONE (NSWG1) Command, San Diego, California intends to award a sole source contract to:  Bandito Brothers, LLC.  The movie sets are being constructed and erected for use in the filming of a movie on San Clemente Island, California.  The sets are "fronts" that will be affixed to existing structures and provide a more realistic appearance.  This potential contract will be done under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.  This notice is not for offers.  A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
