The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-10-RQ-0050. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform Presort Mail Services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295 in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract under NACIS 561499, size standard $7 Million. Anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on November 10, 2009. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
