The Government of Ukraine has received a loan from the Internatioanl Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the UrbanInfrastructure Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of works for replacement andrepair of leaking water andsewer pipelines. The Communal Enterprise "Chernihivvodokanal" of Chernihiv City Council now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for ChWWP-ICB-03W "Replacement and repair of leaking water and sewer pipelines (Batch 1)". The delivery/construction period is 730 ( seven hundred and thirty) days from the date of Contract commencement. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitivebidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans andIDA Credits, (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
