Scope of work The work comprises of the Construction of sewer manholes and house connections together with the construction of the necessary Inspection Chambers, Shallow Chambers and backdrops to manholes in order to connect into the existing sewer network all as described in the tender document. The works are to be carried out to individual properties or group of properties in various locations through out the Al Wakrah and Al Wukhair area.

The work as follows:

• Construction of 1872 linear meter of 150 mm Dia. ESVC pipe lines for 400 no. House Connections approximately at various locations in Al Wakrah and Al Wukhair area.
• The above work consists of construction of 162 Nos. Shallow Chambers. 100 Nos. I.Cs., 35 Backdrops, 55 Ramps & 72 direct connections to existing manholes and also 46 nos. of line connections as deep, medium and shallow connections approximately.
• The above work also includes demolition of Septic Tanks 213 nos.
The Contractor shall construct, test, commission and maintain the whole of the Works in this Contract.
