1. TITLE: Hotel Accommodations, Edmonton, Alberta

2. SECURITY:
All of the work is unclassified and the contractor will not have
access to any classified information.

3. REQUIREMENT:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of
accommodation services for Department of National Defence
personnel within the Edmonton area from December 15, 2009 to
December 31, 2010.

This requirement does not conflict with the National Master
Standing Offer for Hotel Accommodations.

4. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
The supplier must meet the following mandatory criteria: At
Solicitation Closing:
a) Acceptance of PWGSC General Conditions and Resulting Contract
Clauses contained in this
solicitation.
c) Ability to perform the full scope of the work described in
Annex "A".
d) Provision of pricing as requested in Annex "B", Basis of
Payment.

5. CONTRACTOR SELECTION:
Selection will be based on lowest priced technically acceptable
proposal.

6. PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
It is anticipated that any standing offer will be effective from
December 15, 2009 to December 31, 2010 with a one-year option to
extend.


This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
