SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
Purchase and development of a plot for residences for elderly persons in
Asker municipality.
II.1.2) Type of contract and location of works, place of delivery or of
performance: Works.
Design and execution.
Main site or location of works: Knr/Gnr/bnr 0220/51/75 - v/Idunns vei 2,
NORWAY.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Asker
municipality invite companies to a restricted tender competition
(prequalification) for the sale and development of Bondiparken area I,
regulated for public development - sheltered accommodation housing and
housing. The property is 13 122 mw and can be developed with 120 - 150
residences for elderly persons. Purchasers shall compete on concept, price
and progress. Asker municipality shall purchase 5 - 13 of the flats which
are built.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The contract comprises of the purchase
of a plot for the development of 120 - 150 flats under own management.
Asker municipality shall purchase 5 HC flats and shall have an option for
up to 8 further flats.
The total cost limit for the building project can be estimated to approx.
240 000 000 NOK. (The figures are based in the valuation which has been
obtained for the plot).
Estimated value excluding VAT: 240 000 000 NOK.

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or

contract is subject: Yes.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Company
registration certificate.
Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required
by national law, in the country where the company is established.
Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian
procurement regulations (National requirement).
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The company’s most
recent annual report including new information of relevance to the
company’s accounting figures.

equivalent.

Overview of the company's total manpower.
Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and
CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for
service and works contracts).
A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by
the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients
(for works contracts).
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by
the company.
