following list of insurance categories: Property Damage, Business
Interruption, Motor fleet (including Airside cover),Employers Liability,
Professional Indemnity, Travel, Aviation Liability, Marine, Pension
Trustee Liability, Director and Officers Liability.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: Legal entity consistent with common
law.
III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: No.
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: All
candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration
demonstrating that they have fulfilled obligations relating to the payment
of taxes under the law or of the relevant State in which the economic
operator is established.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The Successful Candidate
following tendering process must demonstrate that they are licensed to
underwrite insurance business in the Republic of Ireland by the Department
of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met:
The Successful Candidate following tendering process must demonstrate
experience or their access to experience in underwriting Corporate
Insurance Business in the relevant legal environment. The Successful
Candidate must demonstrate experience or their access to experience to
provide claims handling services to Corporate Insurance Buyer in the
relevant legal environment.
III.3) CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO SERVICES CONTRACTS
III.3.1) Execution of the service is reserved to a particular profession:
Yes.
Insurance providers must be authorised to underwrite insurance contracts
within the EU for the categories mentioned in II.I.5.
