II.4) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKS: The design,
manufacture supply and installation of precast concrete facade system to
11 floor structure. The precast concrete cladding system will form a
watertight seal to the structure. This package will require extensive
coordination with proceeding and follow on trades and will involve a
detailed design interface.
Estimated cost of works excluding VAT: 2 500 000 GBP.
