Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129263/D/SER/HR.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA 2008.
4. Financing: National programme for Croatia under the IPA — transition
assistance and institution building component for 2008.
5. Contracting authority: Central Finance and Contracting Agency, Zagreb,
CROATIA.
6. Nature of contract: Global price.
7. Contract description: Consultant should administer and supervise the
execution of the works contract for construction of the border inspection
posts (BIP) in Bajakovo road crossing and Zagreb airport, on behalf of the
contracting authority performing the functions and duties of the
'Engineer' according to the FIDIC general conditions of contract for
construction ('New Red Book') and related Croatian laws. Supervision
service will be done over 1 works contract which will be executed on 2
construction sites. Total square metre area of 2 facilities that should be
supervised will be approx. 2 350 m² together with the respective
infrastructure and utilities on site.
8. Indicative budget: 357 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: December
2009.
