Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129261/D/SER/HR.

2007–2009, Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance.
5. Contracting authority: Croatian Employment Service, Department for
Financing and Contracting of EU Projects, Zagreb, CROATIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The purpose of this contract is to provide
assistance for the preparation and implementation of information,
publicity and visibility activities needed for the successful
implementation of the operational programme for human resources
development (OP HRD). Project activities are related to the implementation
of the OP HRD Communication Action Plan, capacity building for
information, publicity and visibility activities and support in preparing
respective materials.
8. Indicative budget: 400 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: January
2010.

11. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006
