Description

 

Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.


AUTHORIZED CONTACTS:
In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA).

  • U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 4334 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 3293 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. Parking requirement: There must be five (5 ) structured parking spaces on site or within a short walking distance from the offered location. The description of the length of the walk shall be determined by the Government. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other costs related to moving the office from its current lease location, when deciding whether it should relocate. Anticipated occupancy will be July 1, 2010.


    LEASE TERM:
    Five (5) Years firm term.

    EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 20, 2009, AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CADD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required.

  • The drawings shall clearly show all architectural features including columns. Column spacing must be 20'-0" (twenty feet) face-to-face.

  • Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet
