THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WITH A GSA SCHEDULE 70 CONTRACT. The Department of Heath and Human Services seeks to implement two related capabilities: defense against malicious mobile code and robust identification of data leakage. HHS' primary goal is acquire a network-based solution to control web-browsing activity and protect internal resources from infection by malicious code by identifying and blocking malicious websites and identifying and blocking malicious components of downloaded content. The solution will provide centralized control over inappropriate web content, identify and stop malicious mobile code from entering the HHS network at specific points of presence, and allow the policy-based decoding of encrypted traffic for inspection of inappropriate content. Additionally, HHS seeks the optional capability to identify and stop the loss of sensitive data via its network. The solution shall address the capabilities listed in the below. Primary Requirement - SOLUTION MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING: This includes all solution logging requirements, system intelligence updates, and solution administrative and policy management. Primary Requirement - THREAT PREVENTION AND WEB CONTENT CONTROL: This solution should provide real-time threat monitoring and prevention and real-time web content control for traffic traversing points of presence. Optional Requirement - DATA LOSS PREVENTION: This solution should identify and capture sensitive data traversing points of presence.
