THIS ANOUNCEMENT IS ISSUED TO REFERENCE THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER WILL BE N5120095492 IN LIEU OF Q5120095492 This project is being procured pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION 8(a) PROGRAM in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8 and is limited to 8(a) contractors within the state of Florida. The contractors must have an established office within the state. The Magnitude of this project is $90,000.00 - $200,000. The NAICS CODE is 238990, Size Standard 14 million. The solicitation will be available on or about October 23, 2009 and can be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at www.fob.gov. Solicitations can only be obtained through this electronic method. Instruction on how to navigate the FBO website can be located on the website. Inquires to the POC regarding the use and navigation of the FBO should not be made. Proposals will be due on November 24, 2009. Additional information about a site visit and the proposal submission requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents. Electronic proposals will not be accepted, please provide a price break down with each proposal. The awardee, if made, is subject to reporting requirements in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and FAR 52.204-11
