Chairman Procurement Committee, Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Provision of Maintenance & Janitorial Services for a period of one year.
Tender documents could be obtained from the Supplies Officer (Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital) on the production of the official cash receipt issued by the Accountant (Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital) for a payment of non refundable tender deposit of Rs 2,000/= in cash, till 24.11.2009 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day.
The completed forms should be submitted in duplicate under registered cover addressed to the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital, Thalapathpitiya, Nugegoda or deposited in the Tender Box placed close to Chairman's Office on or before 2.00 p.m. on 25.11.2009.
Bid document could be inspected free of charge at Supplies Division of the Hospital on normal working hours.
