Non-Refundable Tender Fee: 3000/-

Gulshan-e-Benazir Committee invites applications from the contractors /firms having license in C1/C2 Category with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), valid upto 31-12-2009 for following works: 2) Interested contractors / firms may obtain tender documents / application forms, containing prescribed Evaluation Criteria, from the office of Director (CM) on submission of pay order worth Rs 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) in shape of Pay Order in favour of PQA, non-refundable, payable to Port Qasim Authority. on any working day during office hours upto 10th November. 2009. 3) The tender documents / application forms duly filled-m along with attachments in a sealed envelope may be submitted in the office of Director (CM) in two envelopes, one enclosing technical proposal along with 2% earnest money of the total contract amount in the shape of Pay Order in favour of PQA, and the other enclosing financial proposal by 1200 hours on 25th November, 2009. The technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 1230 hours in presence of the representatives of the firms who wish to be present. The documents received after due date and time shall not be entertained. 4) The financial proposals of the technically qualified contractors / firms shall be opened later on in the presence of their authorized agents I representatives however, technically non-qualified company’s' financial proposals shall be returned unopened. 5) Port Qasim authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications and no claims whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all firms / contractors.
