Sealed financial bids are invited from reputable offices registered with Tax Department having office and Phone/Fax No. [If found contrary the tender will be rejected] for supply of (Computers) for Zonal Office as per detail given below. No bid will be entertained without 3% earnest money of total Cost in the form of bank draft or pay order in favour of "State Life Insurance Corporation Of Pakistan Quetta Zone".
Competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any / all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bids or proposals. However State Life on request, shall communicate to any suppliers or contractors who submits a bid or proposal the grounds for rejection of all bids or proposals.
General Terms And Conditions
1. Tender will be opened on in the Office of Incharge P&GS Quetta Zone at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders who wish to be present.
2. The Tender received after the due date and time will not be entertained. Responsibility of in time delivery of tenders rest with the bidders.
3. The Rate validity of tender will be three months from the date of opening of tender.
4. The supply should be made as per Schedule. In case of failure, penalty @ of 3% weekly will be imposed on late delivery or the order can be cancelled and earnest money will be forfeited without serving any notice.
5. The offer received incomplete or not according to criteria shall not be considered.
6. Only those firms should participate that agree to our terms and conditions.
7. State Life Insurance Corporation has rights to increase or decrease the quality and Quantity without consulting as and when required.
8. The Tender shall be required to quote their rates Inclusive all taxes.
9. Any defective delivery will be taken back by suppliers at their own risk and cost.
10. Supplier must register with General Sales Tax department and mentioned the Sales Tax registration. NTN number. Also attaché clearance certificate of tax on profession and trade from Excise& Taxation department
11. The envelop should invariably bear the word tender for ( Computers ) [zonal office], Quetta Zone.
12. It will be the responsibility of the supplier to supply the required items within delivery time for timely completion of work.
13. Tender Fee [Non Refundable] amounting Rs 200/- in shape of Bank draft/Pay Order in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan QUETTA zone required to be deposit along with the tender documents.
