Note: Registration /Non-refundable Fee: 300/-

Applications are invited from Government Departments, Government owned Business Undertakings, Public Corporations, Reputed Suppliers, Local Agents, Manufacturers, Dealers, Business Organizations and Contractors who wish to register themselves with the Department of Buildings for the supply of the under mentioned Goods and Services for the year 2010, up to 300 p.m. on 30th November 2009.
Applications should accompany a non-refundable remittance of Rs 300/ = as registration fee for each item / service in the form of a Cheque or Money Order drawn in favour of the "Provincial Director - Buildings"
Application forms could be obtained from this office on any working day during office hours on a payment of Rs 300/ = up to 27th November 2009.
Acceptance or rejection of applications will be at the sole discretion of the Provincial Director of Buildings.
Duly completed application forms should be sent under Registered Cover to reach the "Provincial Director - Buildings, Office of the Provincial Director - Buildings, Pingarawa, Badulla by 3.00 p.m. on 30th November 2009.
Please note to mark on the top left hand corner of the envelope "Registration of Suppliers & Service Providers for the year 2010"
Application forms that are made as per the specimen provided by this office will be considered for registration. Applications that are made on other forms will be rejected.
