Sealed tenders are invited from all Government Registered Contractors for "Collection of Toll Tax from road users over Railway Bridge No.220 over river Jhelum".
Interested parties can get the tender documents from Works Account Branch Divisional Superintendent Office Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi from the date of publication of this notice upto 10/11/2009 till 13.00 hours. The tenders will be received upto 12.00 hours on 12/12/2009 and opened on the same date at 12.30 hours before the tenderers present or who may like to be present. Completion period of this work is 12 months.
The tenderers are required to attach with the tender earnest money in the form of call deposit in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi equal to 2% of the bid
The Railway administration shall upon request communicate to any contractor who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of all bids. Tender condition can be seen on any working day in Works Accounts Branch of D.S Office Rawalpindi.
