Note: Non refundable fee [LKR] :- 1,000/= + VAT (12%).
Bid Security (LKR) :- 17,000/=.
Eligibility :- ICTAD in the field of Water Supply & Drainage in Grade M9/C8.
Engineer's Estimate (LKR Million) :- 1.15.

The Procurement Committee, National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Ratmalana will receive sealed bids on or before 10.00 hours on following dates.
Tender documents may be inspected and collected from the Office of the Asst. General Manager (Tenders and Contracts), National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Ratmalana between 09.00 hours to 12.00 hours and from 13.00 hours to 15.00 hours on normal working days up to day before the closing date.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of bids. Bids will be opened at the office of Asst. General Manager (Tenders & Contracts) immediately after closing of bids. Late bids will be rejected.
Sealed bids may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the Assistant General Manager (Tenders & Contracts) at the National Water Supply and Drainage Board, Galle Road, Ratmalana.
Tender documents will be issued on production of a letter of request for documents on a business letterhead together with the proof for eligibility. Bid documents may be inspected at Tenders & Contracts Branch free of charge.
Tenderers are advised to ensure that they possess required Financial and Technical capabilities, as stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders and Conditions of Bid of respective bid document.
