1) Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) invites tenders on two envelopes basis i.e. Technical Offer and Financial Offer for Running of Floral Shop with Two Mobile Vending Carts in CC Hall International Arrival, from only registered Companies having sound relevant experience good reputation and financial background Companies must secure 80% marks to become technically qualified 2) Reserve price/fee for the conversion at AJIAP Lahore is Rs 185,000/-per month. The concession shall be awarded for a period of Three (03) years with 12.5% & 15% cumulative annual enhancement during 02™ & 03™ years of the bee nee agreement respectively No offer less than the reserve price shall be entertained. 3) Defaulters of CAA dues are not eligible to apply Late ambiguous and/or extremity tenders shall no: be entertained. 4) Tender forms along with relevant instruction and terms 4 conditions can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Manager Commercial AIIAP Lahore between 0900 lo 1600 hours on working days (except Friday on which tie timings are 0900 to 1200 hrs) on payment of Rs 1000/- (nonrefundable) Tenders should be dropped m the tender box till 1200 hrs on 24th November, 2009 in the office of Airport Manager, CAA AIIAP Lahore Tender box will be sealed at 1200 hrs and tender will be opened on same day at 1230 hrs. 5) Any information or clarification may be obtained from the office of the Sr. Manager Commercial AIIAP Lahore on telephone no. 042-9240650 6) CAA reserves the right to reject any or al the tenders without assigning any reason and without being before for any claim/compensation of any nature whatsoever Decision of CAA as to be final and shall not be challenged.
