Note: Applications should only be submitted on forms obtained from the office on payment of a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- and a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/- (+ VAT).

Applications are invited from Government approved Contractors and Institutes to carryout the garbage collection and scavenger services in the following areas coming under the authority of the Wennappuwa Pradeshiya Sabha for the year 2010.
Applications should only be submitted on forms obtained from the office on payment of a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- and a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/- (+ VAT).
Application forms will be issued up to 3.00 p.m. on 25.11.2009 and the applications will be received Up to 3.00 p.m. on 26.11.2009. Quotations will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day. The applicant or his authorized representative' may be present on the occasion. Further details in this regard can be obtained from the Management Assistant (Supplies / Services) of the Wennappuwa Pradeshiya Sabha. Areas where the works are to be carried out
1) Coastal area.
2) Kammalpattu area.
3) Sirigampola, Mawatte, Galawatte, Lunuwila colony areas.
