Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed firms / manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, registered, with the Sales Tax Department, and having National Tax Number registered in their present address of the firm, Telephone and Fax numbers, for supply of following items.
Terms & Conditions
1. Sealed Tenders for which rates offered should be dropped in the Tender Box placed in the MATI Rawalpindi on or before 18.11.2009 by 11:00 hrs. Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 12:10 hours in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to attend.
2. The Bidder shall furnish as parts of his bid a Call Deposit / Pay Order as Earnest Money equal to 2% of the quoted price, crossed in favour of Director MATI Rawalpindi.
3. Any bid not accompanied by Earnest Money shall be rejected without any right of appeal.
4. Competent Authority / Purchase Committee reserves the right to increase / decrease the Tender Quantity.
