Note: Forest: Sundrani/Old Gublo; Compartment: E-4, 5, 6, D-6, C-6, Area: 90.0 Acres, Boundaries: East: Protective Bund of OGDCL, West: Agricultural Land, North: Compartment No D-5 and 6; south: Compartment No E-4, 5, 6

As per decision of the Honorable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur Fishery Contract of Sundrani / Old Gublo Dhandh of Afforestation Division Sukkur for the remaining period of contract shall be put to open auction on 3rd December, 2009 in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Afforestation Division Sukkur at 11.00 a.m. In case of non-disposal it will be re-auctioned on subsequent dates i.e. 17th and 31st December, 2009,7th and 21st January, 2010 and 4th and 18th February, 2010. The details of contract are as under:-Further details and sale conditions can be seen in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Afforestation Division Sukkur situated behind State Bank of Pakistan Sukkur during office hours on any working day.
The Auction Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the bids due to the reasons to be recorded in writing as per PPRA Rules.
The successful bidder shall have to make full payment plus 10% security deposit at the time of auction as per Rules.
In case of any public holiday on any of the above dates, the auction will be held on the next working day.
