Sealed bids are invited from suppliers / Manufacture (Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department) for the supply of following lots in Federal Government Degree College Men, Sinhala (F.A), Islamabad. Bidders are required to quote in following lots separately
The tender documents containing detailed specification of various items will be available in the office of Principal Federal Government Degree College Men, Sinhala (F.A) Islamabad. During office hours on payment of Rs. 200/- (Non-refundable) per lot as per following schedule
Venue of opening tenders: F.G Degree College Men, Sihala (F.A) Islamabad
Tenders should be furnished in person or by mail.
Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be entertained.
No telegraphic or Faxed bid will be accepted.
The bidders will be required to deposit the earnest money in the form of Pay order / Bank Draft in the name of Chairman Purchase Committee on the address mentioned below.
Tenders will be opened by the Purchase Committee on the address mentioned below. Tenders will be opened by the purchase committee in the presence of bidder or their authorized representatives. All the terms and condition are available with tender documents. The purchase committee reserves the right to accept reject any or all the tender.
