Sealed bids are invited from potential suppliers for the supply and installation of the following hardware/software for delivery at Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan (IPO), Headquarters, Islamabad
Terms & Condition:
1. Quoted prices must include all charges & taxes including delivery and installation.

2. Warranty period of each product should be specified.

3. The supplier should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and taxes will be as per rules.
4. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process at any time, as per PPRA rules.
5. A Bank Draft or Pay Order of 5% of the bid amount as Ernest Money should accompany the bid in favour of Director General, IPO-Pakistan (Ernest money in the form of Cheque will NOT be acceptable)
6. The Supplier shall also be bound to provide after-sales services.
7. Certificate to the effect that the bidder has never been blacklisted in the past.
8. Failing to comply with above terms and conditions may lead to disqualification.
The Quotations addressed to the undersigned should be submitted at the IPO-HQs, House No. 23, Street No. 87, Ataturk Avenue (West), Sector G-6/3, Islamabad before 12:00 pm on November 16, 2009. The bids will be opened on same day at 12:30 pm in the office of Director-II in presence of bidders or their representatives.
