Sealed tenders on percentage rates basis are invited from the approved Pak P.W.D. contractors who are enlisted in respective categories and possess the valid renewal for the year 2009-2010 for the works noted below.
The tenders should reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division, Pak. P.W.D., Faisalabad on 24-11-2009 up to 02:00 p.m & will be opened on the same day at 02:30 pm in the presence of the contractors or their authorized representatives. The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer. Central Civil Division, Pak. P.W.D., Faisalabad on or before23-11-2009 for these works on payment of tender cost (non-refundable) as noted against the work and submission of CD.R. of the requisite amount & documents firm along with application.
No tender will be sold by post or on the date of opening of tenders. Each tender must accompany deposit at call @ 2% of the estimated/approved cost from any schedule bank pledged in the name of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division, Pak. P.W.D.. Faisalabad. The specifications and details of works etc, can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working during office hours.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders.
