Note: Provision of Cleaning Services and Security Services for Gampaha District Secretariat Office and 13 Divisional Secretariat Offices.
Payment of Rs. 500/= non-refundable fee and Rs. 5000/ refundable deposit.

Bids are invited from Registered Institutions with under mentioned eligibilities for the Provision of Cleaning Services and Security Services for Gampaha District Secretariat Office and 13 Divisional Secretariat Offices, for year 2010.
Cleaning Services : Should be registered for cleaning services, 05 years experience with regard to cleaning services.
Security Service: Not less than nearest 05 years' experience in the provision of Security Services for State Institutes or State Corporations.
Should be registered at the Ministry of Defence, for year 2009.
Application Forms can be obtained on submission of Receipts obtained from the Shroff of this Office for payment of Rs. 500/= non-refundable fee and Rs. 5000/ refundable deposit, to the Administration Section.
Application Forms will be issued from 03.11.2009 up to 20.11.2009 during office hours. Sealed application forms can either be sent by Registered Post or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Room of the Administrative Officer, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 26.11.2009. The cover containing the applications should be marked either "Application for Cleaning Services" or "Application for Security Services" respectively as the case may be.
Bids will be opened immediately after closure of acceptance of bids on 26.11.2009. Applicant or one of his authorized Representatives can be present at the occasion. Relevant conditions and details will be issued with the Application Forms.
