Description An on-site outsourcing option has been in place for the past few years for the following support services
1. Analysis of systems and architecture across Council's network infrastructure hosting key corporate applications.
2. Analysis and testing of software and solutions for suitability and compatibility to Council's IT environment
3. Analysis of existing Council's infrastructure as part of strategic guidance to council for future business improvements including telecommunications and technology.
4. Testing and analysis of emerging technologies for possible use by Council.
5. Level 3 and Network support
6. Back-up to the Infrastructure Administrator
Bankstown Council is in the process of reviewing all its Information Technology systems, requirements and architecture. The current contract has expired and council needs to consider future directions.
