Scope of work Description of Construction Contract Works

The Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Al Khor park which comprises of Main Lobby, Museum, Library, office building with sky lights, Lecture Hall, Restaurant with children play area, Animal Farm , Birds aviary with Veterinary clinic building, Water fall features, Mosque including ladies prayer area, Amphi Theater, Kiosk with Kitchen & Toilet, Mini Golf area, Mini Basket Ball area, Mimi Lake area, Skating area, wall Mural Display, Gazebo/Pergolas, Public Toilets, Animal Display Area (03 rings +0I Square), Substation Transformer, Mini Railway Bridge & Station with tunnel with under ground services. The construction method is generally of reinforced concrete structure and block works (wall) and bitmac work (including car parking) and soft & hard landscaping.
The total Plot area is approximately 240,000 m2 of Building .
