DescriptionCarry out experimental tests in order to provide a robust quantitative and qualitative assessment on the performance of three contemporary auction designs under a number of different environments / scenarios.
Conditions for Participation

Tenderers must be able to meet the conditions of participation as identified in clause 5.2.

The minimum content and format requirements of this RFT are as identified in clause 5.3.

Timeframe for DeliveryThe resultant contract is expected to commence in mid-December 2009 and to conclude no later than 30 June 2010.
