Certificat Constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului (original sau copie legalizata notarial) din care sa rezulte ca obiectul de activitate al ofertantului respecta conditiile referitoare la obiectul contractului prevazut la art.II

Fisa de Informatii generale din care sa reiasa realizarea unei cifre de afaceri medii anuale pe anii 2006, 2007 si 2008 de minim 12.000.000 lei.

Ofertantul a finalizat cel putin 1 contract in ultimii 3 ani, insumand un numar minim de 1.000 de validatoare in functiune .
Ofertantul a finalizat cel putin 1 contract in ultimii 3 ani, insumand un numar minim de 150 de echipamente de comunicatii prin care s-a asigurat comunicatie TETRA cu back-up automat pe GSM/GPRS
Pentru fiecare contract mentionat se va prezenta cate o recomandare
Autorizare pentru livrarea echipamentelor sau componentelor pe care nu le fabricã;
Informatii privind personalul tehnic de specialitate si asigurarea calitatii
Licente pentru programele utilizate
Fise tehnice si fotografii pentru echipamente
Ofertantul va face dovada existentei unui punct de prezenta in Iasi pentru asigurarea suportului tehnic si a interventiilor in perioada de garantie si post-garantie. Punctul de prezenta va fi mentionat in Certificatul constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului
