being tendered for is being commissioned by South Lanarkshire Council,
Housing and Technical Resources for the Provision of Floating Housing
Support for households affected by homelessness who have complex needs.
The service will be delivered in line with National Care Standards for
Housing Support Services and providers must be registered with the
Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care to deliver Housing Support
Services. Social work and related services. Other community, social and
personal services.

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The contract duration is 3 years with the
South Lanarkshire Council option to extend for 12 months. Potential
tenderers should note that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of
Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this tender and they
should seek their own legal advice on the implications.
