Partnership vehicle (a Local Education Partnership). Birmingham BSF is
split into 6 phases covering approximately 80 secondary schools. The LEP
will provide Partnering Services which will include the development and
delivery of a strategic investment programme for educational sites and
facilities. The LEP may also deliver modernisation of the Primary School
Estate under the Primary Capital Programme.
