Provide disposal service sufficient to remove all discarded samples three times per week, 52 weeks per year
Ensure that all data on sample containers are completely destroyed. The plastic bottles must be destroyed so that the identification label on the side of the bottle is completely destroyed. Provide evidence that reflects that sample containers are being weighed and destroyed.
