The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for the personal services of one FTE Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The base period of performance is on or before 1 January 2010 - 30 September 2010, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2014). This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (Except Physicians). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621330 is $7.0 million.

The solicitation number is W81K00-10-T-0002. The solicitation will be available on/about 13 November 2009 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are cautioned that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 30 November 2009. Award will be made on/about 7 December 2009. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
