2010 Integrated Cargo Handling Services for NFA Cebu


This bid bulletin No. 01 is issued relative to the approval of the amendments of the Revised IRR-A and the Philippine Bidding Documents. Considering of the substantial changes in the bidding documents especially on the form and contents, for strict compliance, the NFA is constrained to nullify the bidding processes of the procurement of goods and services that had been scheduled. A new Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid is published on November 04, 2009 and a new set of bidding documents will be issued. The schedule for the new date of the conduct of Pre-bidding Conference is on November 11, 2009 @ 10:00 AM and the Submission & Opening of bids will be on November 23, 2009 @ 9:00 AM. Prospective Bidders who have previously paid the bidding documents need not pay for the new set.
