Sealed tenders on the prescribed tender documents for supply of following computer item are invited, as per terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents, from well reputed GST registered manufacturer & suppliers:
Tender document can be obtained by depositing tender fees amounting to Rs.500/- (nonrefundable) from 28-10-2009 to 11-11-2009, during office hours from the above mentioned address.
Filled in tender under sealed cover shall reach on or before 12-11-2009 at 11:00 hours and will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in presence of the bidders or their representatives. 3% sales tax of the total sales tax shown in the sales tax invoice shall be deducted and balance
will be paid to the supplier, in terms of M/o Finance Notification No. SRO-660(1)/2007 dated 30-06-2007. NIM Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
