Applications are invited from reputed public and private companies, direct importers, local agents, manufacturers and government organizations who wish to register themselves with the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation for the supply of goods and services grouped and listed below for the year 2010. Those who do not have business registration under the business names ordinance are not qualified to seek registration. Application forms for registration could be obtained from the Supplies Division, SLBC, between 9.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on working days commencing from 05-11-2009 up to 26-11-2009 on payment of Rs.250/= per application per group. Suppliers can register for more than one group on separate applications. Request for applications by post should accompany a Money Order / Postal Order to the value of Rs.250/= drawn in favour of Director General, Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation payable at Torrington Post Office as Registration fee for each application.
Separate applications should be sent for registration under each group as mentioned above. If registration is sought for more than one group, separate application for each group should be made separately and may be forwarded in the same envelope.
Duly completed application forms should be sent under registered cover to the Manager, Supplies & Imports, Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation, P.O. Box 574, Torrington Square, Colombo 07 to reach on or before 07-12-2009. Top left hand corner of the envelope should be marked as "Registration of Suppliers 2010" Applications to be forwarded in duplicate.
