Terms and condition
1) General terms and condition are mentioned in tende form form and tender notice complete details can be downloaded from PAF website www.paf.gov.pk or can be obtained from respective bases log squn or working days.
2) The firm must be GST and professional Tax registered having NTN.
3) Last date of submission of tender 11 November 2009 ( 1000 hours)
4) Tender will be opened on the same day at 1100 horus.
5) No advance payment will be made and payment will be subject
6) Officer Commanding of the mentioned bases / Units reserves the right to reject any part or the entire tender on technical grounds
7) Quotation must be valid for 90 days.
Sales Tax as applicable must be mentioned separately
8) Guarantee / Warranty term / period should also be mentioned
9) The agreement will be governed by official secret act. 1923.
