The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), MICC Center-Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue a solicitation for a requirement to perform miscellaneous Health and Safety repairs and upgrades throughout the Barracks, building # H-5748, located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The repairs may consist of but not limited to: mold removal from walls, floors and fixtures; removal of blinds, drapes and hardware; replacing and/or repairing damaged sheetrock; removal of soot from walls and ceilings; preparation for paint such as scraping caulking and sanding; priming and painting; fixing broke windows and repairing sills and frames; repairing and/or replacing fixtures (door knobs, door stops, handles, hinges, kitchen fixtures, bathroom fixtures, toilets, light fixtures, outlets, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter; incandescent lights; towel racks, etc); plumbing repair and water leaks; replace thermostats; perform preventative maintenance and checks on heating and air systems; The requirement will be 100% set a-side for 8A, Small Business Concerns, under NAICS Code 238990, with a size standard of $14 Million. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0015 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offeror must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offeror must also complete Offer or Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) is on or before October 13, 2009.
