The Republic of Macedonia received Dutch Technical Assistance Grant for improving the investmentclimate and strengthening public sector governance and intends to apply part of the proceeds for a consultant's servicesfor Design and implementation of a publiceducation campaign for the needs of the State Labor Inspectorate (SLI) of the Republic of Macedonia 2. The objective of the assignment is to designand implement a campaignfor education of the public in respect to the right and obligations which are regulated in the Law on laborrelations with special emphasison it's recent changes and updates. 3. The consultingfirm shall posses the following relevant qualificationand present documents confirming thequalifications: - Minimum 5 years of proven ongoing experience in designand implementation of public educational campaigns and capability to offer multi disciplinary - integrated services. Experience inpublic campaigns where the web sites take the central part of the promotion will be taken as advantage.
- Awards or state acknowledgments for the successful workof the firm and client recommendations will be considered an asset.
- A brief description of the firm's organizationshould be submitted. The consultant should posses a mixed team of experienced staff. The overview of the required staff and it'sminimum qualifications is given bellow. CV's of the proposed experts should be attached,including the proofof employment, number of years working for the firm/ entity and projects working on.
The CV's should be recently signed by the proposed professional staffand the authorizedrepresentative submitting the proposal for the purpose of this assignment. - Team leader

- At least 3 years experience in design andimplementation of PR strategies including organization and execution of meetings, press conferences and other types of PRevents

- Experience in developing or managing the development of web site visions and strategies, usingbenchmarks and customer research (at least 5projects within the past 5 years);
- Experience in preparing business plans and developing timetables for implementation of web site projects (at least 5 projectswithin the past 5 years).
- Experience in designing the appearance of web sites (at least 5 projects within the past 5 years).
- Experience in developing web site functionality (at least 5 projects within the past 5 years).
- Experience in providing training and preparing a users manual for website content and training for technical staff (at least5 training events and 2 user manuals)
- Experience in establishing and operation of aweb portal on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia
