Note: Application forms and the forms of conditions for registration could be obtained from the under mentioned address by forwarding a non-refundable money orders valued at Rs. 1000/= each for each item up to 09 items and for 10 or more items a maximum of Rs. 10,000/= as registration fees.

Applications are invited from local manufacturers or reputed suppliers, registered garages and contractors who wish to register themselves with the Sri Lanka Transport Board (which comprises 10 Provincial Workshops, 106 Depots and 10 Driver Training Schools, Islandwide) for the supply of the under mentioned items and services for the year 2010.
Application forms and the forms of conditions for registration could be obtained from the under mentioned address by forwarding a non-refundable money orders valued at Rs. 1000/= each for each item up to 09 items and for 10 or more items a maximum of Rs. 10,000/= as registration fees, drawn in favour of the "Chief Finance Manager, Sri Lanka Transport Board" payable at the "Labour Secretariat Post Office, Narahenpita".
The sealed envelopes containing the applications should be marked "Registration of Suppliers" on top left-hand corner and should be sent by Registered Post or handed over to: Secretary, Tender Board, Sri Lanka Transport Board, No. 200, Kirula Road, Colombo - 05.
SLTB reserves the right to reject any application which does not meet stipulated requirements.
