Tenders are invited for the purchase of Computers and Printers as per specifications mentioned below by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. Interested parties may send their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly mentioning on top (right corner) of the envelope as Tender for Computers / Printers :
Tenders can be submitted within 15 days from the date of advertisement alongwith a Band draft equivalent to 2% of the quoted money, as required under the rules. Tenders will be opened on same day, i.e. on Saturday, 14 November, 2009 at 1400 hours in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.
Terms And Conditions
The firms must provide proof of registration with the sales tax Department and NTN etc.
The firms will arrange transportation / fixing of best quality of goods according to the specification with no additional cost.
The firms will be required to submit security deposit .i.e. 2% of total value of goods in the shape of pay order (refundable) in the name of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. No quotation / bids will be accepted in the absence of prescribed security deposit.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all quotations / bids as per PPRA rules.
