Sealed tenders are invited by the Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) for the supply and delivery of Goods from the authorized dealers/distributors mastered under the Government of Nepal as given under paragraph 2 of Section "A of the tender document A complete set of tender document con be purchased by the concerned suppliers on written request along with attested copy (Attested by Notary Public) of certification Of VAT and PAN Card duly renewed registration certificate from the ADBL's Heath Office, famshahpath, Kathmandu and Regional Office, Bawsputali, Kathmandu on any working day during office hours (10:30 - (4:00) within 30 days from the date of first publication of this tender notice on payment o f NRs 3000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Three Thousand only) Non-refundable.
Tender document purchased by one supplier cannot be transferred to another supplier.
Fully completed, duly signed by authorized signatory and sealed leaders along with the bid security not less than 2.5% of the bid amount must be submitted to the following address not later than 12.00 hours Nepalese time on 31st Day from the First date of publication of this notice. Tender documents received after that time will not be accepted. Telegraphic transfers will not be entertained.
Tender document once submitted w the purchaser couldn’t be revised and/or reunited back.
Tenders will be opened in public at 14:00 P.M. on 3Ist day from the first date of publication of (his notice in the presence of those bidders or of their authorized representatives, who wish to be present and (he bid price will be read and recorded.
In case, the last day of issue and submission of tender document be declared a Bank holiday, tender document will be issued and submitted the next working day during office hours as mentioned above respectively.
Any condition not covered by this tender document will be governed by the Public Procurement Act -2063 and ADBL's prevailing financial rules and regulations.
