AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Modoc National Wildlife Refuge at Alturas, CA 96101-Modoc County, to have a contractor Supply, Deliver and Install a Pre-engineered Steel Building, approximately 7200 SF (4 Bay Maintenance Shop). Basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Quote. A competitive RFQ, solicitation no. RFQ423054 to include all attachments, will only be issued via GSA e-Buy within (approximate) 5 days of this pre-solicitation notice and will only be available electronically through https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ . The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Our intent is to issue one delivery order contract award from an existing GSA Schedule under Special Item Numbers (SINs): 361 10A Pre-Engineered and Prefabricated Buildings and Structures for Storage Solutions; 361 30 Ancillary Services relating to Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures; and 361 32 Installation and Site Preparation for Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 300 days from contract award date.
